Furry Playthings

People still ask us sometimes if we're going to get rid of all our pets, now that the baby's here. Of course not! Then they ask how the cat and dog are with the baby. Zoe seems to want to lick him all the time, and will do drive by lickings when Zoe thinks we're not watching. I think she thinks he's like a little puppy. She's also very gentle and cautious around the baby. Kayla seems to like that there's another person around to pet her. Neither of them care that he cries a lot. Here he is with his furry playthings...

He used to be not too sure of Kayla, probably because they were both the same size, but now he gets a kick out of petting her...


Here he is with his favorite "stuffed animal," Zoe. Now that Peanut can roll over at will, tummy time doesn't usually last more than a minute or so. Having his buddy Zoe do tummy time with him really helps a lot! I guess Peanut just wanted tummy time company...
